Rude manager, long wait times - customer service
Half an hour is over an hour. Atleast the woman who attended to me was apologetic and tried to make up for the long delay. But try asking Sara for an update on wait times, and she will term that question a "confrontation" and snap at you that it has been only a half hour and that it will be a few minutes. She is lying. And being passive aggressive.
One would think a helpful suggestion that they project wait times correctly so the customer can plan accordingly would be received as feedback by a "Manager". Sarah, her royal highness, couldn't care less. She will insist there was no delay. She lies as a matter of routine. And knows zilch about customer service. Avoid this place until they fire her.
